We will fix the garment if you are not satisfied with the work. Additional charges will be applied if garment was not fitted by our staff. Reimbursement will be provided with original receipt in the event a garment cannot be fixed. Partial payment up to $50 without receipt.
We guarantee quality of workmanship and materials within 30 days after pickup date. Any quality concerns thereafter is considered to be normal wear and tear. We will redo the work at no extra charge within warranty period with the original receipt.
We reserve the right to ask for prepayment. The order must be paid in full at the time of pickup before we will release the items.
Garments must be cleaned before drop off.
Garments must be picked up no later than 3 months after drop-off date. Unclaimed Garments will be donated to charity.
Contract us to do your company uniforms at a discounted rate of 15%.
